We scheduled a showing for a Saturday morning on another property, but our dream house hit the market late Friday night. So we sent the dream property to him right after it listed that night, and within an hour he had already scheduled a showing at the dream house for Saturday morning! He helped us submit a powerful offer that ended up winning us the house!! And then when we flew out for the inspection, Travis stayed there with us for hours and was very resourceful and friendly through the whole process. My husband and I just bought a house with Tiffany and Travis and this has to be the least stressful home buying experience we've had and even heard of! Everything was taken care of quickly and efficiently from questions to inspections to loans; you name it. We didn't once feel like any question or concern we had was too small. Not only were the necessary requirements fully and satisfactorily met but questions and recommendations for contractors and construction options were given as well. We're so grateful! On top of all this, we had to take an out-of-country trip in the middle of our home buying process and we had perfect confidence that we had nothing to worry about. And we were right! Travis was a joy to work with. With he represented the seller, he was incredibly helpful and diligent in assisting my parents as the buyers, who did not have an agent. He delivered documents, prepared paperwork, ran down loose ends, got redlines approved, and was always ready to take a call or answer a question. I quickly realized that I would have not concerns as I oversaw the purchase remotely on behalf of my parents as he was very much a trusted partner in brining the purchase to a quick close.
